Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Seedance at sseedance.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Tong Jintao in China as Seedance. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to that operator. No affiliation with, sponsorship by, or official relationship to any AI model provider is implied.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and must provide information that is accurate enough for your account and support requests. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service and generated content
Seedance provides AI-assisted video and related creative tools. Availability, models, limits, and output quality may change. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or using it, and for checking any rights, permissions, disclosures, or professional advice that your use requires. We do not promise that an output is unique, accurate, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You retain rights you have in prompts and media you submit. You give us only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to host, process, transmit, moderate, and return that content to provide the Service, including sending it to selected service providers that process a request. You must have the rights and permissions required for the content you submit. We do not promise exclusive rights in generated output.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account was used without permission. You may not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. The detailed prohibited-content rules and reporting process are in the Acceptable Use Policy.
We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security issues, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms. We may remove or restrict content that violates the policies or law.
Credits, payments, and expiry
When enabled for new English-language purchases through Waffo, one-time credit packs are planned at USD 9.99, 19.99, 39.99, 99.99, 199.99, and 399.99. Each purchase is a separate transaction. It does not automatically renew or authorize automatic charges. Credits granted for each purchase expire 365 days after that grant, independently of other grants.
Existing Creem subscriptions, older credits, and Chinese-language Zpay purchases remain subject to the terms shown for those products when purchased. They do not become Waffo purchases merely because you later use the Service in English.
Credits are prepaid access units for the Service. They are not cash, a deposit, or a financial product, and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The checkout page is the source of truth for the applicable price, taxes, product, and payment status. Waffo and other payment providers may process payment information and return transaction status to us. We do not ask you to send complete card details by email.
Refunds
The Refund Policy explains the process. If Waffo is enabled and a purchase is completed, request a refund within seven days for a whole pack that has not been used. We also review duplicate charges, failure to deliver the purchased credits, and any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law. Send the account email, transaction ID, and reason to [email protected]. Other products keep the refund rules shown when they were purchased.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on payment processors, cloud storage, authentication providers, analytics providers when enabled, and AI or media providers to perform requested functions. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not claim to operate or officially represent those providers.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet a particular need. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, termination, and contact
We may update these Terms when the Service or law changes. We will update the date above and provide notice through a reasonable channel when a change materially affects your rights.
