This Acceptable Use Policy applies to Seedance2.5 inputs, outputs, accounts, and related services. It supports a safe, lawful, and rights-respecting creative service. It does not mean that every generated output has been reviewed or approved by a person.

You may not use the Service to

  • Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or content that exploits or endangers children.
  • Create or distribute adult pornography, explicit sexual content, or other sexually explicit or NSFW material.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or deceptive impersonation of a real person.
  • Threaten, encourage, or glorify serious violence, terrorism, or targeted harm.
  • Create graphic gore or extreme depictions of injury intended to shock, glorify harm, or target a person or group.
  • Promote hate speech or dehumanizing attacks against people or groups based on protected characteristics.
  • Commit, facilitate, or promote fraud, scams, money laundering, phishing, malware, or other unlawful activity.
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or upload media without the required permission.
  • Produce deceptive political, identity, or financial content intended to mislead people or cause harm.
  • Evade safety controls, probe the Service for vulnerabilities, scrape it at scale, or interfere with another user's access.
  • Resell access or use outputs to train or benchmark a competing model without written permission.

You must review outputs, make legally required disclosures, and avoid presenting AI output as professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for the content you submit and the way you use generated media.

Enforcement and reports

We may block a request, restrict content, suspend an account, or take other action when we receive a credible report, detect a policy or legal issue, or need to protect users and the Service. We may preserve and share information where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect someone from harm.
